This workshop is for anyone seeking relief from tension, tightness, or stuck energy in their body. It offers a powerful, easy-to-learn technique for relief, blending self-care and self-discovery with joyful movement. No prior experience is necessary; just bring a willingness to roll and release, along with a curiosity to discover and nurture yourself as you explore new ways to ease physical and emotional stress.
What to Bring:
Muscle ball or a lacrosse ball (smooth is preferred, rubber coated is best for grip)
Yoga mat for comfort during floor work (optional: extra support and comfort; ie yoga blocks, pillows and blankets for the floor and meditation)
Water bottle to stay hydrated
A journal and pen for reflections
Comfortable clothes for easy movement and relaxation
