Through Movement
Dance has been part of my life for many years, shaping how I move, create, teach, and connect.
Dance Educator
Dance has been part of my life for many years, both as a dancer and educator. My teaching is rooted in a balance of joy, discipline, creativity, and connection, creating space for dancers to grow both in their training and as people.
I’m passionate about choreography, progression, and helping dancers build confidence, self-expression, and a strong relationship with their bodies. I believe dance can be more than technique. It can be a place to connect, discover yourself, and carry lessons of resilience, confidence, and creativity into everyday life.
My experience includes jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, acro, tap, ballet, technique, improvisation, choreography, and floorwork.
Choreography
I love creating choreography that feels expressive, intentional, and true to the dancers performing it. Each piece is shaped around the dancers’ strengths, abilities, personality, and the story they want to tell.
My approach blends creativity with strong technique, while creating space for dancers to challenge themselves, build confidence, and truly connect with their movement.
I choreograph solos, duets, and small and large groups in styles including jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acro, tap, ballet, and musical theatre.
Dance is more than movement. It’s a way to express, connect, and become.
