This reflexology treatment is beneficial in restoring balance and harmony to the body. Reflexology is a form of massage where pressure is applied to certain parts of the feet and hands in order to improve circulation, ease pain and promote relaxation and healing elsewhere in the body.

During your first session, we'll discuss your health history and any specific concerns you have. The session will start off lighter and gradually get deeper, reaching an intensity of 8 or 9 out of 10 as I find spots that require release. This will involve a combination of deep tissue work, relaxation techniques, trigger points, and energy balancing to address your unique needs. After the session, you will feel lighter and relaxed.

Wear comfortable clothing and stay hydrated. It's also helpful to avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment. Arrive a few minutes early to relax and settle in.

After your massage, drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the session. Rest if you feel the need, and avoid strenuous activities for the rest of the day to maximize the benefits. Be gentle on yourself.
